Return Policy
Returns must be made within 3 days of the arrival of the merchandise. To return merchandise, you must first e-mail us at sales@rcworldofplanes.net in order for us to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. An RA number will be issued to you within 3 business days after receiving your e-mail return notification. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Returns without a RA number will be rejected. Shipping fees (for order or return) are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be in original unopened packaging. Please contact store immediately at (408) 980-9029 if merchandise is damaged during shipping. Sales associate will authorize return/exchange for same item purchased.
All sales are final on all Electronic goods.
If replacement or exchange of merchandise is requested, RC World of Planes will do its best to replace or exchange the merchandise subject to merchandise availability.
